I help adolescents and women like you to lead happier, calmer lives and find the meaningful committed relationships they desire. You have untapped inner wisdom with all the answers you need. I employ a range of evidence-based techniques from SSP, Mindfulness, Somatic body work, internal parts work, CBT and Exposure-Response Prevention to help you let go of old patterns, recalibrate your nervous system, and revitalize your energy. Together in a calm, supportive therapeutic space, you will chart the path to the life you want.
