Introduction

As a licensed clinical social worker, I treat children and adults with a wide variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, relationship problems, social skills challenges, and parenting issues. I use a collaborative and empathetic approach with clients, drawing on family systems, cognitive-behavioral, play therapy, and psychodynamic models. I value playfulness and humor as a therapeutic tool for all ages. I believe that mental health is not only about working on problems, but also recognizing strengths, seeking meaning and purpose, and finding connection in daily life. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and belief systems.
