My approach is client centered and solution focused. Our treatment plan will be specially designed just for you, using various therapeutic treatment techniques. The treatment plan is developed at a pace which is comfortable for you. I create treatment plans that effectively manage progress towards goals. I have over 10 years of experience providing high quality care for hundreds of clients who can attest to my focus, and genuine passion for Mental Health. I am certified in the following evidenced based techniques: CBT, DBT, (dialectical behavioral therapy) and Trauma therapy. I also have experience using EMDR and motivational interviewing techniques to assist clients in meeting their goals.
