I believe in the collaborative therapeutic process and strive to adapt my style to meet my clients’ needs. I encourage clients to work on parallel processing by learning more about the root causes of their symptoms while incorporating coping strategies to reduce their current symptoms. My lived and professional experiences have taught me that the human mind and body have a strong desire to heal. The brain has a resilient nature towards unlearning, replacing, and growing as an individual continuously develops throughout the lifespan. As a practitioner, I try to show up with authenticity and capacity so that I can invest back into individuals with gentle care and support as they do their own healing. My daily self-care ritual is brewing tea, aromatherapy, and spending time with my dog.
