I sit on the other side of the chair because I am a believer in the power of talking things out, no matter how big or small they may be. At times, this also includes speaking the unspoken. I want to provide support at every step while we process emotions, understand patterns and learn new ways of communicating. Seeing emotional change shapes me into the therapist, and human that I am. I attended Sacramento State University for my BA in Psychology followed up by my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University.
