I am dedicated to walking alongside with you as you challenge the obstacles that seem to have held you back in your journey towards success and wholeness. We often become stuck while on our journey in life and to achieve a life that is deeply satisfying involves breaking the barriers that held us back. I will provide life coaching, consultation, counseling and psychological education that guide you to make necessary life changes with a focus on families, couples, children, and adults in midst of transitions. I am specializing in the holistic treatment of adults, couples ,families and children, utilizing talk therapy and experiential pscyhotherapy as tools for healing. I specialize in providing treatment to manage mind and body, nutrition and wellness, marriage, mood disorders, career counseling, women’s issues, substance use, multicultural and diversity needs , ADHD, and other behavioral difficulties.
