Hi! My name is Olivia Wise. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Central Pa. I work with adolescents and adults struggling with grief, PTSD, trauma, anxiety and depression. I decided to become a counselor because.... well... LIFE. We all go through our own unique trials and tributes and my path pointed me in the direction to serve and help others on their healing journey. I believe that client's know themselves better than anyone, but at times, it is helpful to have an outsider's perspective for guidance and added validation. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in my work. I also offer Christian based therapy for those who value this perspective. I love empowering others and to help them see that they are in control and they can overcome any obstacle thrown their way.
