Introduction

Have major parts of you been overshadowed by external expectations, and painful past experiences leaving little room for self-discovery, acceptance and expansion? Trauma and hardship have taught many of us to silence our needs, prioritize others, and bury our true feelings. Despite the inner drive to reclaim authenticity, old habits can linger, hindering progress towards charting a new path. There's a profound inner calling guiding you towards the next phase in your journey, and you don't have to navigate it alone. Seeking validation, guidance and support is essential; sometimes, we need another person to illuminate our blind spots and guide us towards shadowed discoveries. My name is Olivia White. I have a deep clinical and personal understanding of the impact that survival-based coping mechanisms (like people pleasing, masking, social conformity, self doubt, avoidance, anxiety and self repression) have on personal growth, self discovery and expression. I also understand the impact that systemic forces of oppression have on creating the need for these mechanisms in the first place. My mission is to challenge these systems of oppression by centering the experience of marginalized and oppressed identities and strengthening the path to authentic living, self-discovery and self determination. My therapeutic approach is anchored in evidence-based practices, ensuring that the people with whom I work receive the highest quality care and make tangible progress towards their goals. I hold a license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and I'm also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional at level 2 (CCTP-II) and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP). You’ve put in so much work for so much of your life. Others may not really get the depth of it or understand what you’re going through, thinking, “ Why can’t you just keep pushing like you always have?”. There’s something deep inside that is guiding you to something better, and you don’t have to do it alone; continuing to feel isolated and invalidated. We all have blind spots and sometimes need another set of eyes to reflect back to us what is hidden just out of sight. Now’s the time to make peace with where you’re coming from, and chart your way forward with peace and alignment. I invite you to schedule your free 30 minute consultation today.
