Introduction

If you are hoping to feel more at home within yourself, you're in the right place. I support folks in feeling more resourced, grounded and connected through a body-based approach that is centered in Internal Family Systems therapy. IFS allows us to work with our internal world instead of against, and creates space to nurture the parts of us that truly need it. My approach honors the whole you, you are encouraged to show up as you are, and will be met with compassion. I include nervous system support to foster embodiment, growth and integration. You deserve to reclaim your true essence and I love supporting folks on that path. I see clients both virtually and in person at my office in Portland and at an equine facility in Biddeford where I work with horses and nature as part of the therapeutic process. As a fellow sensitive person who often feels the weight of the world, I'm looking forward to supporting your process in returning to yourself, whatever that may look like for you.
