Introduction

Meet Olivia (she/they) My own lived experience of healing and recovery led me to this work, and I deeply value the sacred space that therapy creates for shared human experience. It’s a profound privilege to witness another person’s journey, to hold space for their full range of emotions – their pain and joy, their fears and hopes. My own journey has taught me the depths of human resilience and the power of genuine connection. I strive to cultivate a therapeutic space that is both empowering and curious, where you can feel safe to explore your inner landscape and discover your own truths. I’ll be here to support you every step of the way, offering compassionate presence and unwavering care as you navigate your path. Three words that describe me: Gentle, collaborative, empowering My Therapeutic Style: I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, parts work, and expressive arts, tailoring each session to your unique needs and preferences. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences and oppressive systems may have shaped your life, honoring your “symptoms” as survival strategies and tending to the parts of you that have worked tirelessly to protect you. My Specializations: Complex trauma Eating disorders Dissociation and dissociative systems Chronic stress and anxiety Depression Life transitions Interpersonal/relationship concerns Young Adults People who’ve experienced trauma or harm within the mental health or medical system (such as negative experiences with treatment or medical procedures) I’m particularly passionate about supporting members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and individuals who have experienced harm within the psychiatric or medical system. Ages I work with: I specialize in working with adults (18+) Embark on a Journey of Self-Discovery: With me, therapy becomes a journey of self-discovery, where you can uncover a deeper sense of wholeness, connection, and peace. I believe in your innate wisdom and am committed to empowering you to come home to yourself. When I am not working: I enjoy playing Animal Crossing while snuggling with my cat, going for nature walks, and doing arts and crafts. “Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion.” – bell hooks Contact
