My approach to therapy is collaborative and relies on safety and trust. I provide a space where you are free to explore and express your authentic self, including your disjointed parts. I work from a trauma-informed framework to support all who are struggling with painful life experiences. I incorporate a number of therapeutic styles to fit the needs of my clients as their lives change and different needs arise. It can be overwhelming trying to get help, I hope to take the anxiety and fear out of the equation.
