You will also learn to understand and accept who you are, now, while building your self-confidence. We will look at how the impact of life's challenges/struggles have played a part in your life and identify positive solutions and the opportunities for a positive response. We will get acquainted with tools that assist you in managing any anxiety, depression, anger, and stress caused by the challenges in life. We will challenge any feelings of resistance you may have toward a positive response and challenge the comfort you may have in chaos. You will gain inner peace by responding more logically. I will provide you with insight, tools, encouragement, strength, support, hope, peace, grace, and understanding to help you navigate the barriers that prevent you from living a successful, purposeful life. We will focus on increasing your connection with yourself and the world around you as we seek resilience, well-being, and hope. I work with individuals and families, as well as couples seeking marriage, relationship and divorce counseling. I also work with struggling teens and pre-teens, ages 10 and up.
