The areas I specialize in as a therapist are deeply rooted in both personal and clinical experience. I believe this blend brings depth and authenticity to the work we do together. As a partner, parent, and life-long learner committed to my own mental health journey, I approach therapy with empathy, insight, and a genuine desire to support others in theirs. I’ve been in practice for over 10 years, working with individuals on their paths to mental health and wellness. My background spans social work case management, in-home and crisis services, therapy in an integrated care clinic, and now, my own private practice. Throughout my career, I’ve remained committed to a person-centered approach—meeting each client with curiosity, respect, and collaboration. In my practice, I incorporate EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness techniques, tailoring our work to your unique needs and goals. I’m especially passionate about working with individuals seeking EMDR, whether for single-incident or more complex trauma experiences. I also have a deep appreciation for supporting perinatal populations as they navigate the transitions and challenges of that season of life. Currently, I offer teletherapy sessions for adults (18+) located in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Colorado. I accept select insurance plans and also offer self-pay options.
