Introduction

I have been in practice for 10+ years, working with individuals on their mental health and wellness paths. I utilize EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness in my work and believe in a person-centered approach to all that we do. My experience ranges from a start in social work case management, in-home and crisis services, therapy in an integrated care clinic, all the way to my private practice today! I specialize in anxiety and panic disorders, acute and complex trauma, life transitions, and perinatal mood disorders and concerns. I currently only do sessions via teletherapy. I see clients in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts with select insurance plans or as self-pay. I see clients from Colorado as self-pay only. My consultation work with EMDR clinicians can be with anyone in the United States!
