I’m a Registered Play Therapist focused on helping children ages 3+, teenagers, and adults improve their relationship with themselves, their emotions, and those around them. My work focuses on using play therapy, art, and sand to support healing from developmental trauma and attachment wounds, and improve behaviors, emotions, and negative beliefs.
