Introduction

Hello, my name is Olivia Massey. I am a Licensed Social Worker and I am a trauma informed therapist. I am trained in EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy which helps clients relieve stress from PTSD or trauma. Additional modalities that I use are Client/Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I also regularly utilize and teach grounding techniques in sessions such as breathing and relaxation, tapping, mindfulness, and visualization exercises. I tailor my approach to the individual by creating treatment plans around the client's individual needs and goals for their healing journey. While enjoy working with all clients I have the most experience working with adults ranging from 18 to 55, experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, relationship concerns, and chronic stress.
