Hi there! I know that starting therapy can be a daunting process, and I honor the courage it takes to begin. I am a licensed social worker offering only telehealth therapy for Pennsylvania residents. I am experienced in working with children, teenagers, adults, and families. I have training in treating autism, ADHD, anxiety and depression. I firmly believe that everyone has skills that can be used to improve their quality of life. We will focus on building on your strengths and identifying coping skills that help you live a life you enjoy. I also have extensive experience working with caregivers and siblings of people with special needs. I have a passion for helping this group of people because they tend to be forgotten and their needs dismissed. Burnout, chronic fatigue and depression are common for caregivers and siblings of people with special needs: I care deeply about helping them identify ways to care for themselves, too.
