Introduction

Welcome, I’m Olivia, and I’m so glad you’re here. Healing from overwhelming life experiences is never easy, but you don’t have to face it alone. You deserve a space where your story is heard, your pain is honored, and your strength is nurtured. I’m here to help you untangle the impact of past experiences, rebuild your sense of self, and create a life rooted in meaning, connection, and authenticity. I started my career working to empower new parents who had experienced trauma in developing warm, nurturing relationships with their newborn children. Through this work, I developed my approach to therapy. My style is warm, compassionate, and direct. I aim to create a safe, affirming space where we can explore the hard stuff together, with curiosity and care. Healing takes courage, and I am honored to walk alongside you in this transformative process. My approach integrates my experience with attachment-based therapy and the neurosequential model of therapeutics, helping us explore the roots of your experiences and support your brain and body in their natural capacity to heal. With Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we’ll work together to align your actions with your deepest values, creating a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. My commitment to feminist therapy and relational-cultural therapy ensures a space where your identity, lived experiences, and cultural context are valued and celebrated as essential parts of your journey. I believe therapy is more than a place to process pain—it's a space to rediscover your resilience, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you’ve experienced childhood trauma, relationship challenges, or are navigating generational or systemic oppression, we will work collaboratively to empower you on your path to healing. If you’re ready to begin or simply want to explore if we’re a good fit, I’d love to connect. Let’s work together to build the life and relationships you deserve.
