Olivia Huard is an AZ Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with Adult Complex Care Management programs (including palliative care and hospice), and providing individual therapy to law enforcement, first responders, medical personnel, veterans and their families including adolescents and children ages 8 and up. Olivia is bilingual and able to provide services in both English and Spanish. Olivia is passionate about providing an integrated approach to therapy, treating individuals with modalities that are best suited for their needs. This includes Trauma-Informed Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic and Behavior Therapy approaches. Olivia is experienced in working with individuals and families as they adjust to major life changes due to complex medical conditions and illnesses, trauma, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, encouraging clients to return to or discover their optimal level of functioning. Olivia has personal experience working with families that have children with special needs and completed a SibShop Certification to provide support to children (siblings of the child with special needs) and their families. Olivia has partnered with Inland Regional Center and Cal State San Bernardino to host support groups and speak at events in support of the challenges that families can be faced with. Olivia’s approach to therapy is candid and genuine and she strives to provide authentic and effective techniques in the form of coping skills and education, keeping in mind that this journey is YOURS and it is an honor to walk along side you in the process.
