Introduction

I thoroughly enjoy working with adolescent and young adult clients. This stage of life is filled with change, exploration of self, and forging of independence -- this can also mean that it's not always easy to ask for help, and a degree of hesitancy exists to allow even the most loving family members and friends into your world. I regularly work with clients that are struggling with major life transitions, depression, anxiety, body image concerns, or have experienced trauma. My clients are often seeking safety, understanding, and freedom from their negative thoughts. The foundation of my approach is person-centered and humanistic. I believe in the healing nature of the therapeutic relationship and a non-judgmental space to process life experiences. Please feel free to call me for an initial consultation.
