Olivia Caldwell, LPC-MHSP, is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health Service Provider. Olivia graduated with a Master of Education degree in Counseling and Human Development with a specialization in Mental Health Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College in Columbia, Kentucky in 2016. Olivia has experience working with diverse populations and ages ranging from children to adults and families. She has worked with her clients on topics like anger management, anxiety, depression, family system issues, trauma, ADHD, and gaining effective communication skills. Olivia works to meet her clients where they are, using a variety of approaches in counseling, including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and others. She feels it is her calling to assist her clients in gaining and maintaining their highest level of functioning, while creating a meaningful and fulfilling life. In her spare time Olivia likes to hang out with her son and Doodle puppy, be outside, be artistic/craft, and watch Nashville Predator hockey games.
