Olivia is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with minors in Writing and Peace Building & Social Justice from the University of Mount Union. She obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kent State University. She enjoys working with individuals ages 16 and older and specializes in treating anxiety, depression, relational conflict, and trauma. Olivia values overall authenticity and strives to create a space for clients in which they feel they can show up as their true selves. She actively works to collaborate with her clients, meeting them where they are at, and applying interventions tailored to each individual. Olivia utilizes techniques from Family Systems perspectives, CBT, Person-Centered, and Mindfulness to help facilitate growth and acceptance throughout the counseling journey. Olivia is passionate about working with sexual and gender minority populations and has received specialized training to work with members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Some of her favorite ways to practice self-care involve trying new coffee shops with her fiancé, going to the gym, and thrifting. **If you reach out via the contact form, it is sent to our administrative staff.
