Introduction
I’m a first generation Mexican-American social worker & therapist. I help adults to overcome family trauma by providing a laid-back, compassionate, collaborative, and judgment free space. We will work together to identify how past & current family dynamics impact you on a day to day basis. A few ways client's have reached their therapeutic goals have been by sticking up for themselves, honoring their needs, and incorporating new interpersonal relationship skills that will help them thrive. In my first meeting with a client I am mindful about their therapy expectations in order for me to create a therapy approach that fits their needs. I aim to create a therapy space where clients can come to vent their rage, disappointment, sadness, fear, feelings of low self-esteem, and confront interpersonal issues.
