The birch tree is often thought of as a pioneer because it will root where no other trees have dared to before. Seeking out therapy can be scary, overwhelming and dark. I am here to help navigate this new territory you find yourself in to help you see the hope, courage, adaptability, love, strength, renewal and growth. My passion lies in guiding individuals and couples through the transformative process of therapy. I am deeply committed to aiding those who are prepared to embrace change, offering support and insights as they navigate their journey towards personal growth and stronger relationships. I believe in the immense power of self-discovery and the profound impact it has on fostering positive change. It's a privilege to walk alongside individuals and couples who are ready to take proactive steps towards a more fulfilling and authentic life. I am an eclectic therapist, meaning I use the combination of therapeutic interventions to best meet my client’s needs. I believe individuals are able to make the most progress when they have personalized tools to aid them. Specifically with couples, I utilize both Prepare & Enrich and the Gottman Method to guide our work.
