Introduction

Ocean started her journey with mental health working at a psychiatric hospital in Dallas County. She received her BA in psychology and MS in marriage, couple, and family counseling. Ocean has worked in a variety of mental health positions such as crisis interventionist and case worker, before settling on counseling. In Ocean’s early mental health career, she saw a need to offer more support on an expressive level for individuals and couples. She is a trained multicultural therapist who welcomes diverse populations. She believes in the uniqueness of each individual person, which allows her to develop a client-specific approach. Together we can address any barriers that are impacting your own life-fulfilling needs. My passion for optimum wellness and quality of life is the primary driver in my approach.
