NyCola enjoys living in the Huron community with her husband and their five children where they ride bikes, play ball, visit the library and playgrounds. She has been in the mental and behavioral health field for 20+ years. She has advanced training in working with high risk youth, teens and families, ADHD, moms struggling with depression & anxiety, codependency, coping with stress, managing anger, nonviolent crisis interventions, personal development and performance as well as healing relationships. NyCola uses a blend of relational theory, Cognitive Behavioral and Rational Emotive Behavior approaches to resolve emotional and behavioral problems and help people to lead more fulfilling lives. Her clients appreciate her blend of knowledge, empathy, humor and her down-to-earth approach to therapy.
