Introduction

I am an emotionally focused therapist working passionately on helping folks within the Latine community with learning to name their emotions, process them through their body and communicate them to others in order to attend to their needs. My area of focus is guiding clients in reprocessing childhood wounds which show up in present relationships to help them understand how they developed reactive tools to meet their emotional essentials, make sense of them, and assist them in creating new instruments to effectively and authentically fulfill their requirements for connection.
