Sometimes we need additional support as we navigate these complexities and discover our inner capabilities. I believe you are the expert in your own life - we will work together to gain insight into your struggles and move towards healing. Lasting emotional change is possible when we fully and authentically engage ourselves in this work. I strive to provide a warm and non-judgmental space for clients. I utilize a person-centered, collaborative, and integrated approach and often work from emotion-focused and cognitive-behavioral perspectives.
