I believe that no two people are exactly alike, which is why I tailors my sessions to the specific needs and values that my clients bring into therapy. I do this by utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches including Somatic Experiencing (SE), CBT, Mindfulness, Strengths-Based, and the Gottman Method, all while looking through a trauma-informed lens. I believe therapy is a powerful avenue for individuals to become the best versions of themselves. I strive to provide a humanistic approach to wellness, emphasizing the whole individual while stressing concepts like free will, self-efficacy, and self-actualization, all while maintaining a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment for my clients.
