I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 5 years of clinical experience in Mental Health Community settings. I’m especially trained to work with individuals experiencing turmoil in their relationships with partners, family members and others. I help individuals facing depression, anxiety and trauma that may stem also from said relationships and other adverse circumstances. My experience working in Community Health settings has allowed me to serve diverse and underserved population. I have experience working with addiction and substance abuse issues, clients from diverse backgrounds and ethnicities and also client's from the LBTQ+ community. My main goal is to create a safe and warm environment where clients can open up freely without feeling judged. My intention is to help clients to gain self-awareness and confidence to make informed choices and improving their wellbeing. The outcome I envision for my clients is that they improve their mood, quality of life and also their relationships with others.
