I believe that life is about a journey. The more skills we develop the greater our ability to navigate through life's challenges. "If we do not change our direction we are likely to end up where we are headed." I strongly believe that effective therapy is a two way street. It takes a cooperative effort by both the person receiving therapy and the therapist. And it takes a commitment to make sometimes difficult changes in behavior or thinking patterns. The kind of therapy I practice centers on the principles of personal responsibility, honesty and self-respect. I graduated from McMaster University in 2005 with a B.sc in Psychology. In 2011, I graduated from Argosy University with masters in Counseling. I've over 10 years of experience specializing with individuals, couples & families. I've worked with people of all ages dealing with grief, depression, anxiety, anger, life transition or an addiction.
