Hello, if you struggle with anxiety, depression, difficult relationships, or past abuse. I am here to listen. I specialize in helping clients overcome relationship trauma, complex trauma, and life-changing events such as divorce, grief, or other traumatic events. I have worked tirelessly to empower individuals who have experienced (IPV) intimate partner violence. I am Certified in EMDR (Eye Movement, Desensitization, and Reprocessing). I use a combination of EMDR, breath work, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness to bring awareness to the body where we store trauma. There is no single approach to trauma; together, we will explore your path of healing and growth with compassion.
