Welcome! My name is Noelle Blair and I am a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW). I started as a therapist for children and adolescents in residential treatment. Following that I have worked in a hospital setting and in outpatient mental health services. My work focuses on identifying goals and working toward those together, at a pace that feels comfortable for both of us. I find value in showing up as our authentic selves & living in accordance with our values. My hope is through my work with clients, they are able to create connection, increase confidence, and find their voice.
