In our first session, I’ll meet you exactly where you are. We’ll explore what’s been weighing on you and what you hope to get out of therapy. I draw from several evidence-based approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and somatic strategies—to create a plan that fits your unique needs. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or unsure how to ask for help. Together, we’ll look at how your thoughts, emotions, and inner protective parts interact, and I’ll help you build practical tools to reduce anxiety, improve communication, and move toward a greater sense of calm and connection. Therapy with me is collaborative and down-to-earth. I aim to create a space where you feel safe being honest, even on the hard days.
