My work with clients typically involves things like: skills for emotional regulation, building healthy self-care routines, exploring patterns in your life and their impact on you, finding what brings you meaning and purpose, and learning mindfulness techniques for controlling your thoughts. I approach therapeutic change in three primary ways. First we address your concerns and identify ways to reduce your symptoms to a manageable level. Second is to resource you with skills and support systems that will maintain the progress you have made. Third we explore how to help things go right in your life and set you up for success moving forward.
