Introduction

A BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO THERAPY WITH NOAH WHO I AM I am a licensed clinician (LCSW) who has been working with young people in schools and in private practice for almost 20 years. My mission is to help you navigate through your fears and life's biggest challenges. MY PROCESS I believe strongly that the foundation of all progress in therapy is a trusting relationship between client and therapist. In our sessions, we will work together to create a plan that addresses what YOU want to work on and is specific to your success. My goal is to help you gain insight and provide you with the ability to navigate trauma, depression, anxiety, life transition, grief and loss, identity issue or any other struggle you may be dealing with. I use a strengths-based, psychodynamic approach and incorporate motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and internal family systems based on each client's needs. CLIENTS SERVED I work with clients aged 13 and up and have extensive experience with clients across the spectrum of ages, ethnicities, faiths and identities. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults from age 15-35. I have years of experience working with these age groups and believe strongly that these stages of life which are filled with identity formation and constant change require different therapeutic frames than those used with older populations. BILLING POLICIES In my practice I'd rather focus on my clients than on filling out insurance claims. For this reason I do not currently accept insurance, although I will happily work with you to get reimbursed through your provider's out of network coverage. All fees are paid by the client through the client portal on this website. The fee for an hour long session is $175. If you feel like I may be a good fit for you but cannot afford this fee, I have limited slots to take clients on a sliding scale according to your financial circumstances. LAST THOUGHTS These are challenging times filled with uncertainty and change. I want to help you navigate this, to free you from what is holding you back so you can pursue your best future.
