Introduction

I'm a Spanish-speaking, Latina therapist, and I offer services in Massachusetts and Florida. I firmly believe that, before any other role, we all are vulnerable human beings with the ability to continue growing and changing. Starting therapy could open old wounds, awaken memories, and make you feel ashamed. Initially, it can be a heavy process. I understand that transparency, respect, and collaboration are fundamental. Yes, collaboration is key, but when fulfillment and growth occur, you're going to be at the point where you don't need me anymore. And that's another kind of personal success! I have been working with diverse populations for the past 20 years. My help is focused on behavioral, emotional, and mental health concerns, relationships, transitions, trauma, attachment issues, and cultural-family adjustments. I use cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment, attachment-based therapy, creative expression, and holistic approaches. From day number one, I'll make sure that you feel welcome, understood, and listened to. I'll feel passionate about supporting you in developing self-awareness, self-identifying strengths, and feeling ownership of actions and results. I will be always present as a collaborator, judgment-free, but with a realistic point of view so you can feel grounded.
