Introduction

I'm a Latina, Spanish-speaking therapist in Massachusetts and Florida, who works with children, youth, and adults to support them in understanding the positive impact of a balanced dynamic among thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I integrate cognitive behavioral, coaching, and creative expression therapies to help with life events, transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, cultural adjustments, and more. I firmly believe that we all are vulnerable human beings with the ability to continue growing and changing. I want to hold your hand during your process, as I know that starting therapy could open old wounds, awaken memories, and make you feel ashamed. Initially, it can be a heavy process and transparency, respect, an objective look to your problem, and collaboration are fundamental.
