Nithya [nith-ya] is an enthusiastic and authentic therapist who works with individuals and people in relationships. Her therapy for couples and people in relationships is rooted in the Gottman Method, a evidence-based approach for enhancing communication, trust, and intimacy. Her commitment to her clients is evident in her dedication to providing a space for self-discovery and growth, empowering them to live more balanced and meaningful lives. Nithya has her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northeastern Illinois University and Bachelor’s in Neuroscience from University of Illinois at Chicago with a minor in Sociology.
