Introduction

As a psychotherapist based in Brooklyn, I support individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and self-esteem issues, as well as life transitions, relationship struggles, and feelings of disconnection. My clients seek a safe, transformative, and inclusive space to explore their emotions. Together, we work to build resilience, enhance communication, and embrace self-care and self-compassion. They aim to heal, grow, and find meaningful ways to connect with themselves and others. We uncover strengths, address needs, and foster empowerment and belonging through creative expression. I work with clients of all ages, including couples and families, specializing in art therapy. I incorporate CBT, DBT, and ACT to address challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, neurodivergence, PTSD, depression, and discrimination. My approach integrates cultural and narrative therapies informed by social justice and trauma awareness to foster growth and healing. Therapy is a brave and vulnerable step, and I’m here to support you. Together, we can create a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. Whether your goals involve healing past wounds, changing old habits, getting organized, or embracing your true identity, I’m here to help guide you toward growth and transformation.
