Introduction

I am a licensed psychologist with 10 years of extensive experience working with children and adults, across the lifespan. I received a Master of Arts in Child Development from Tufts University and my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. My approach is warm, friendly, and collaborative in order to keep communication open with you to ensure that you feel your progress is meaningful and sustainable. I am especially passionate about collaborative, comprehensive mental health care. I firmly believe that treatment is most effective when care team members work closely together to meet the needs of the whole individual. With more research available, more and more individuals are identifying that they might have ADHD or Autism Spectrum Disorder with co-occurring challenges such as anxiety and depression that make it difficult to achieve at school, work, home, or in relationships. However, it is often increasingly difficult to find care that addresses the whole individual or to find a treatment team under one roof who can collaborate to address the mind and body so that wellness goals could be achieved to their fullest potential. I'm dedicated to closing this gap in care and through services at Center for Rising Minds, we can work with you to create a treatment plan with techniques that are both sustainable and effective to help you live a fuller life and achieve your goals: whether you are a child, adult, or a whole family that needs support. If you're interested in scheduling a free 15 minute consultation to explore whether or not we might be able to support you or your family, we welcome you to request an appointment. We look forward to joining you on your care journey. We have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy.
