Hi, I’m Nina I help children, teens, and adults by providing a calm, compassionate, and supportive safe space where you can be open and honest while we help you develop greater self-acceptance and confidence. If you are a child 10 y/o+, teen, or quarter-life adult who has been dealing with stress, social anxiety, anxiety, depression, or friendship and relationship struggles, I would consider it an honor to help support you.
