Introduction

Nina Arenas is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate. She graduated with her Masters of Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University. Nina has experience working with individuals, children, families, and couples that may be struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, and the numerous challenges and experiences that come with life’s ups and downs. Nina’s professional passion is working with children and their families to examine and dissolve the issues that may be disrupting everyday life. She utilizes play in therapy, sandtray therapy, art, and music to help children resolve their problems and build up the tools and strategies needed to help them in the future.
