Social work Nikole Johnson/Thin Line Services
Specialties: Anxiety, Trauma, Adjustment Disorder, Burnout, College Mental Health,

Introduction

I often use fitness, animal training, or parenting references to help you make sense of things. I work with older adolescents and adults, providing support through life transitions, relationship issues (familial/friendship/romantic), anxiety, trauma, fitness/body image concerns, and more! I enjoy guiding the first responder/military population through the "ick" left by critical incidents. My big floofy dog may sometimes make an appearance on screen! I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, EMDR, Therapeutic Game Mastering, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, and CBT for Depression. My favorite to do via telehealth is CPT, but we will work together to determine the best approach for your situation. It is my pleasure to work alongside you as you navigate life's challenges.
