Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Life Transitions, Attachment Issues,

Introduction

Life is a wild ride consisting of its ups and downs and Nikki has always been a strong believer that the in-between of those adventures can be easier to navigate if you have someone to talk to. With an integrative counseling approach, Nikki aims to help her clients heal from their own traumas, overcome obstacles, and gain confidence to navigate life's unpredictability. She provides an outside perspective to create a strategy best fit for their own individual situation. Together, we will identify the root causes of your difficulties, what those triggers are, and cultivate a path for you to live the balanced life you have always envisioned. Furthermore, Nikki's priority is to open space free of judgment that will foster growth and positive change. Clients can expect to find this space to be safe, encouraging, and collaborative. Nikki's goal is for her clients to walk away with skills and strategies after their sessions to use as coping mechanisms in their everyday life. Nikki has earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a minor in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is currently in the process of earning her Master’s Degree from the Marriage and Family Therapy Program at Touro University. Nikki's main passion and focus areas are anxiety, communication, stress, and substance abuse. Need help writing
