Hi I’m Nikki! I am a Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples build stronger, more fulfilling relationships. I specialize in infidelity recovery, navigating the transitions of motherhood, and supporting women through life's challenges. I also have a passion for working with men, addressing issues related to career and life transitions, as well as providing support to high-achieving individuals and professional and collegiate athletes, helping them with stress management, performance enhancement, and maintaining balance under pressure. I work with couples facing a range of challenges, including infidelity, life transitions, new parenting, and intimacy issues such as communication difficulties, emotional disconnection, or sexual concerns. My approach is grounded in systemic theory, considering the entire dynamic of the relationship and how individual behaviors and communication patterns impact the whole. My therapeutic style integrates evidence-based approaches like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Relational Life Therapy (RLT), tailored to each client's unique needs. My work with couples is rooted in training by the Council for Relationships, emphasizing a systemic perspective. I believe therapy should be both insightful and practical. While I am a clinically trained therapist, I bring warmth and a sense of humor to my work, creating a comfortable and collaborative therapeutic environment. I will actively engage with you, offering insights and guidance while creating a safe space for open communication. Together, we will identify unhelpful patterns, develop practical strategies, and cultivate the skills you need to create lasting positive change in your relationships and overall well-being. My goal is to empower you to implement these tools outside of the office, leading to a more fulfilling life.
