Introduction

As a therapist, I am dedicated to the well-being of my clients and their individual paths in therapy. I believe in making therapy a safe place for all individuals to form a good relationship with their personal experiences and interpersonal relationships. I specialize in counseling the South Asian-American community with issues ranging from cultural differences to family disputes, or general anxiety. Even though I specialize in the South Asian-American experience, my experience working with diverse populations allows me to help all types of clients from various backgrounds reach their goals to live happier, fuller lives. I specialize in using person-centered therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy with couples, families, and adolescents. I work with adolescents, families, couples, and individuals.
