I have been a therapist for the last 10 years, during these years I have come to love working with client's who are experiencing dissatisfaction with where their life is at this moment, anxiety, nightmares, intrusive thoughts about a stressful event in their lives, avoidance of reminders of a stressful event as well as inability to experience joy in their life. I believe everyone has the tools within themselves to live the life they want, together we can uncover the wiser and stronger person behind the hurt.
