Nicollette DiBenedetto

Nicollette is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in both Florida and New York. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2014, her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2016 and completed Advanced Studies in School Counseling in 2019. Nicollette has worked in the counseling field for almost a decade. She has spent the last five years providing school-based counseling services and is passionate about continuing to serve the student population. She also has experience working with young adults navigating college and other big life transitions that come along with early adulthood. Nicollette specializes in working with children, adolescents and young adults dealing with anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism and executive functioning and attention problems. She uses interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused therapy and skills-based therapy. She understands that everyone’s journey is different; therefore, each client’s therapeutic care is tailored to meet them where they are at. She uses an integrative approach, which means that she incorporates a mix of therapeutic techniques to best meet each client’s unique needs. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable working together towards their goals to create lasting changes. Nicollette is currently accepting both in-office and virtual Florida clients and virtual New York clients at this time. She looks forward to working with you!
