Introduction

I’m a certified EMDR therapist committed to helping people live freely in the present without being hijacked by the traumatic experiences of their past. My work focuses on using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy to help people overcome the experiences that shaped their negative self-beliefs, emotional reactions, and problematic behaviors in order to live healthy, happy, fulfilling lives. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. I’m passionate about facilitating healing for those who have suffered and continue to suffer deeply from their past. I am also involved in humanitarian work, research, and projects.
