I am deeply committed to the process of transformation. Sometimes this is a tiny shift that leads to greater satisfaction; other times it looks like a complete renovation. I practice trauma-informed care and deeply value ongoing training and learning. I work with individuals who desire a deeper connection within themselves and with important people in their lives. This may include family members, intimate partners, friends, and business colleagues. I have a special interest in working with veterans and neurodiverse individuals.
